Where does the information come from?
The same public sources as the live feed: scanner radio, the City of Grand Rapids police dispatch list, Kent County 911 public incidents and GR311 service requests. Only calls with an exact map location count toward your radius.
Are names or private details included?
No more than on the public site. Calls we keep general on purpose, such as private medical calls, stay general in your report too.
Can I change the radius or which emails I get?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Radius options are 1 block, ¼ mile, ½ mile, 1 mile or 2 miles.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the settings on your dashboard. Reports stop right away and you won’t be invoiced again.
