   Water Rescue 5 at the boat launch, working on opening the gate
3. 3:35am
   Water 3: boat will be heading up to Riverside.
4. 3:35am
   One person uninjured against west wall; rescue crews working on rope evolution; dive vehicle standing by and asking whether to head to Riverside Park; PD on scene waiting
5. 3:35am
   Water 3 relaying a question on whether crews will be at the north or south end.
6. 3:36am
   Crew with the dive vehicle asking whether to head up to Riverside.
7. 3:38am
   Told no; another unit is on the way up there with a boat.
8. 3:40am
   Water 3 striking.
9. 3:46am
   Water Rescue 5 reports boat is in the water
10. 3:48am
    Crew in the water and on the way.
11. 3:57am
    Victim is in the boat; requesting ALS at the boat launch; Med 1 patient.
12. 3:59am
    Command to Boat 2: will meet crews at the boat launch.
13. 4:01am
    Crews told to have medical equipment ready to help EMS when they arrive for the patient.
14. 4:08am
    Crew has eyes on the ambulance at launch one; bringing the patient to them.
15. 4:10am
    Patient being unloaded at launch one; crew at launch two cleared.

    Patient handed off to AMR ambulance
