   Truck 3 on scene; command establishing, switching to Channel 1

   Elevator reported at floor 3
5. 4:43pm
   Command reports elevator at floor 3
6. 4:43pm
   Amway Command reports occupants out of the elevator
7. 4:44pm
   Engine 35 on scene establishing command at 16:43 hours

   Request to shut elevator off and keep it off; told to hold, people in the elevator right now
