   Engine 11 and District 11 dispatched to MED 1 call at Baxter Community Center, 900 block of Baxter Street Southeast
2. 3:22pm
   Crew at Baxter Community Center unable to find anyone needing assistance
3. 3:22pm
   Dispatch: patient was supposed to be at the Bemis Street entrance, caller named Nicole; dispatch calling back to locate
4. 3:23pm
   Crew parked on the Bemis Street side in front of the main entrance
5. 3:24pm
   Staff member granting access to the building; crews searching the entire facility for the patient before clearing if no one is found
6. 3:25pm
   AMR on scene and has located the patient; units can disregard
7. 3:25pm
   Engine 11 clear from the scene; AMR ambulance had located the patient
