Timeline

1. 11:10pm
   Elevator rescue with a medical emergency at Embassy Suites, 700 block of Monroe Avenue NW; Rescue 2 and Truck 3 responding
2. 11:20pm
   Crew at the elevator room; staff went to get the correct key
3. 11:21pm
   Rescue 2 ready to disconnect power on the first elevator car
4. 11:22pm
   Crews will cycle the power back on to see if it resets the elevator
5. 11:23pm
   Power to car 1 being turned back on
6. 11:23pm
   Crews will recheck the elevator in about 30 seconds after the power reset takes effect
7. 11:29pm
   Patients removed from elevator; power to be left off; crews told they may have shut off the car power rather than the elevator power and asked to come to the third floor
8. 11:29pm
   Truck 3 responding to the third floor
9. 11:32pm
   Truck 3 at the stairwell entry to the third floor; door is locked
10. 11:38pm
    Rescue 2 and Truck 3 back in the lobby
