   Engine 3 on scene at a two-story wood-frame brick residential building; no visible fire from the east side, establishing command and investigating

   Problem with an oven element; oven unplugged, no fire found; command recommends clearing most units

   Battalion 6 clear; dispatch clearing most units per command's recommendation

   Problem contained to the oven; three units can handle. Battalion 6 and all other units may clear.
