2. 7:45pm
   Wyoming Squad 4 reports Rescue 1 is unmanned and requests Squad 3. Dispatch sending Squad 3.
3. 7:52pm
   Wyoming Squad 3 is on scene with ALS.
4. 8:02pm
   Dispatch, one of the Squad 4 is clear.
