   Engine 2 tells Platform 1 it will start at the dead end of Mark Street and work back toward them

   Water flowing at the scene; investigating.

   Engine 2, Truck 2, Hazmat 1, and Hazmat 2 being added to the response

   Engine 2 advises they're taking the Utility 2 driver with them; another unit will need to be sent if Utility 2 is needed
