   Engine 12 on scene at Amazon warehouse; establishing command

   Command directing Truck 4 and Engine 4 to deploy CO monitors on the second floor and first floor

   Battalion 5 on scene; large Type 2 commercial structure

   Alarm panel crew tells command the last time this happened, a truck running upstairs on the second floor set off the CO alarm
