   Car 1 in service and en route
3. 2:17pm
   Car 1 asks to bump ALS response up to Med 2
4. 2:17pm
   Unit right behind the ambulance takes the call; Rescue 1 told it can return
5. 2:17pm
   Patient has fallen out of her wheelchair
6. 2:19pm
   Patient is unresponsive and not breathing
7. 2:29pm
   Unit on scene with Car 1 command; Car 1 says to disregard any incoming units
