1. 9:02pm
   Cascade Engine 1 and Medic 1 on scene at a large industrial building, nothing visible from the front but investigating other sides (ALF/Bravo sides not fully clear)
2. 9:02pm
   Crews checking the back (Bravo) side of the building; nothing showing so far
3. 9:07pm
   Crews moving to the Charlie (back) side of the building to attempt access through an office space
4. 9:07pm
   Crews trying keys on the knock box before heading around to the Charlie side for access
5. 9:08pm
   Dispatch made contact with the alarm company and a key holder; key holder was not responding to the scene when contacted
6. 9:11pm
   Crew checked the Charlie side (back) of the building; nothing found
7. 9:12pm
   Key holder checked security cameras, no issues found; all units cleared
