   Non-urgent assist call at Mount Mercy Apartments, 1500 block of Bridge Street NW; Engine 3 and District 8 dispatched
2. 7:38pm
   Engine 3 on scene; no life care equipment visible at front of building, checking if assistance still needed
3. 7:39pm
   Dispatch confirming ambulance location near the Alcove Roundabout on the south side of the bridge
4. 7:39pm
   Ambulance at scene but crew location unknown; unclear if they've made entry to the patient
5. 7:42pm
   Dispatch coordinating with ambulance crew; Engine 3 has not yet located the ambulance personnel
6. 7:42pm
   Engine 3 located Life EMS crew in the lobby; crews will help them access the apartment
7. 7:45pm
   Medic 51 on scene; call resolved as citizen assist, Life EMS crew able to complete their task without additional help
8. 7:47pm
   Engine 3 clear of the scene
