   Unit 15-0 heading down the Paul Henry Trail to the location

   Car 2 asking Car 5 or 6 if they can reach it on foot

   Crews located it underneath the overpass, in an area with past homeless camp issues

   Brush truck unable to get up to crews' location to get a line down there

   Easiest access is from the Park and Ride off 68th and Division, then onto the trail

   Car 2 directs Rescue 48 to pull into the Park and Ride and stage there; ground is soft

   Rescue 48 at 68th and Division

   Unit 41 advises no access in there; heading out to Car 2
