   Priority 1 medical call at Courtesy Motel, 15800 block of Lake Michigan Drive,: 40-50s male fell and hit his head, patient is intoxicated; Life EMS delayed
2. 3:49am
   One unit clearing scene; county asking another to keep the road closed until further notice; command transferred
3. 3:50am
   Units 1871, 1821, and 1800 block of clearing the highway; command transferred; county will notify dispatch when ready to reopen the road completely
4. 3:51am
   Unit 1873 remaining on scene; northbound I-96 ramp remaining closed; to monitor traffic control
5. 3:51am
   Unit 470 clear of the scene; northbound I-96 ramp now reopened to traffic
