   Primary power line down across the road; Consumers Energy requested to respond
3. 7:31pm
   Engine 1 on scene; primary power line down across the road
4. 7:33pm
   Scene turned over to DTE; Rockford units clear
5. 7:34pm
   Pole completely sheared; not all lines are on the ground
