   Rescue 1 on scene at Mary Free Bed Hospital; nothing showing outside; spoke with security; alarm appears to have been activated in the pediatrics area; nothing found amiss at that time

   Investigation group with staff, who say it's a duct detector issue; still working to identify the problem
5. 11:58am
   On scene at two-story building, nothing showing; investigating
6. 12:00pm
   Attempting a reset; response knocked down to Rescue 1
7. 12:00pm
   Truck 3 and Engine 3 told they can clear

   False alarm confirmed; caused by burned food. Alarm reset; unit clear and available

   Engine 1 confirmed false alarm from burned food; alarm reset and unit clear at 12:01

    On-site security will handle calling Simplex for detector replacement
